MECHANICS

  1. The “fanTAGstic” Raffle Contest is a facebook application (or APP) by Multiflex RNC Phils. Inc., the makers of Uratex products (known as “Promoter”).
  2. The “Photo of the Week” features the Uratex product at stake weekly. It will be uploaded in our Uratex Facebook Page, through the “fanTAGstic!” APP.
  3. Promo will run for 4 weeks, from December 19, 2012 to January 15, 2013.
  4. There will be a total of 3 prizes-at-stake with 1 winner each for the 4-week duration.
  5. Contestants should be a fan of URATEX PHILIPPINES Facebook page.
  6. Contestants should be 18 years old and above, presently residing in the Philippines.
  7. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties are invalid.
  8. Contestants who hide or delete the tag/share from their own profile or wall will forfeit their entry/entries.
  9. The weekly winner will be determined by a randomized picking of raffle numbers – these numbers are taken from your entering the contest through the “fanTAGstic” APP.
  10. The winner will be notified no later than 1 week after the draw via personal message through facebook. Winner will be asked to provide  his/her contact information such as full name, residential address, mobile number, and email address.
  11. Prizes are not transferable and/or convertible to cash or other alternative items in whole or in part.
  12. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Promoter cannot accept responsibility for lost entries or for transmission failures. Entry indicates acceptance of terms and conditions.

Prizes:
