Vertifoam

Vertifoam is RGC Foam Group’s tried and tested continuous foaming technology. The company’s two Vertifoam installations have computerized metering units which form perfectly shaped foam blocks, thus ensuring production efficiency.

CNC Contour Cutting Machines

Unparalleled in speed and accuracy, the CNC Contour Cutting Machine is a fully automated, program-controlled machine used in our plants to process various foam types ranging from geometric pieces to foam blocks.

Robotech

Used for the production of molded foam, the Robotech line is the 32- Station Carousel with two robotic arms capable of computerized and automated foam-making. Recognized by foam experts for its quality output, accuracy, and speed, Robotech ably has the ability to produce a complete set of molded foam seats for one car in just 1.3 minutes.

Multiflex™: The Revolutionary Slabstock Technology

In keeping with the company’s tradition of excellence and innovation, RGC Foam Group again invested in the latest top-of-the-line European technology by acquiring the Hennecke Multiflex™ Foaming Machine in year 2001.

RGC Foam Group is proud to be the first in Asia and the second in the world to acquire and use the Multiflex™ technology. Multiflex™ is a new generation of continuous flexible slabstock machinery, introduced by Hennecke of Germany and the Hennecke Machinery Unit of Bayer Corporation, world leaders in polyurethane processing equipment.
