DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position’s primary task is to identify, study, and propose new revenue streams/businesses/investments, including non-core investment opportunities.
- This position will aid management in defining the company’s investment strategy and in building organizational capability.
- He/she will aid the head of Corporate Strategic Planning in executing said strategy and establish a network of lead sources in order to gain first access to potentially profitable investment opportunities.
- This position will be in charge of monitoring emerging non-core growth markets.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- 5 years in new business development/portfolio management, and 10 years management experience in corporate planning / business development / general management
- Expertise in new business development / diversification
- Solid experience in financial management, planning, analysis, and modeling
- Established network in investment banking
- Superior strategic thinking, research, and data analysis skills
- Expertise in opportunities/risk assessment
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
