PURCHASING STAFF

ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA CITY


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source out best suppliers in terms of QCD.
  • On time preparation of Purchased Order.
  • Monitor delivery against order from supplier to warehouse.
  • Coordinate with authorized service center regarding items/ office equipment trouble. ( if found non conforming )
  • Dispatched buyers by assigning items to be bought.
  • Responsible for releasing cash payments for supplier. ( in case needed)
  • Ensure that all invoices are sent to accounting for payment on a timely manner.
  • Inter act with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
  • Generate SAP to monitor the status of PR and or PO.
  • Other task may be assign from time to time

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • with atleast 1-2 years experience in Purchasing.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang.
  • No work experience required.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
