DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source out best suppliers in terms of QCD.
- On time preparation of Purchased Order.
- Monitor delivery against order from supplier to warehouse.
- Coordinate with authorized service center regarding items/ office equipment trouble. ( if found non conforming )
- Dispatched buyers by assigning items to be bought.
- Responsible for releasing cash payments for supplier. ( in case needed)
- Ensure that all invoices are sent to accounting for payment on a timely manner.
- Inter act with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
- Generate SAP to monitor the status of PR and or PO.
- Other task may be assign from time to time
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- with atleast 1-2 years experience in Purchasing.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang.
- No work experience required.
