The work of a National Sales Manager is to lead a group or a team of account executives to make the company’s goals possible and high profitable return growth within the account executive’s assigned business file.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The work of a National Sales Manager is to lead a group or a team of account executives to make the company’s goals possible and high profitable return growth within the account executive’s assigned business file. He will be responsible for a geographic place, vertical market, or named account lists. He will be the one to manage the relationship with other staff functions to ensure appropriate resources or products are available and focused to support selling and marketing of the products.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4 years course
  • Must be a good communicator.
  • Advice-giving selling abilities.
  • Proficient in understanding and apply market learning’s to sales approach.
  • Ability to build team relationship towards a better business.
  • Knowledge to use technology and tools (Excel, Outlook, web, databases) for efficient work.
  • Having a strong attitude to influence senior decision-makers and gaining their confidence in the business.
  • Knowledge of marketing and promotional industry.
  • With higher level of experienced in management position.
