SUPPLY CHAIN BUSINESS SPECIALIST

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for the development of Authority Limits, policies and procedures, and forms design that is applicable to the Supply Chain Business Processes:
  • Sales & Operations Planning
    • Demand Management
    • Supply Management
    • Inventory Planning
    • Capacity Management
  • Five Year Supply Plan
    • Business Plan Process
    • Resource Planning
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) Management
    • (APQP) Advance Product Quality Planning – Launched Phased
  • Slow and Non-Moving Inventory Management
  • SKU Rationalization
  • Promo Management – Trade Marketing to Operations
2. Responsible for conducting Process Re-Engineering for key policies and procedures.
3. Responsible for conducting Production Planners, Inventory Controllers and Supply Chain Planners
orientation, trainings, supervision, audit on approved supply chain policies and procedures.
4. Responsible in ensuring, SCMG capture all TMPP by monitoring, cascading, and performance
reporting on-time.
5. Facilitate SCMG corporate meetings such as IC Summit, YOKOTEN, Group meetings & PRE-SNOP.
6. Provide recommendation and act as project leader for corporate improvements on cost effective
means of producing products with high consideration of CSL, capacity, and cost thru localization
projects base on product category handled.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent..
  • Background in project management is an advantage.
  • With at least 1 year experience in business mapping/analysis, business process documentation, system analysis and process/quality audit.
  • Knowledgeable in Quality tools, ISO 9001.
  • Can work with less supervision.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • With experience in business analysis/mapping, business process documentation, system analysis, and design, quality assurance, and process/quality audit.
  • SPC, FMEA, S&OP and APQP is an advantage.
  • Full time position available
