  • Manage his/ her respective accounts under the National Accounts Group (NAG) through the implementation of point-of-sale capabilities by focusing on sales fundamentals such as distribution or placement, display, promotions and people that creates brand & product awareness, thereby increasing sell-out.
  • Reports directly to the Trade Marketing Manager for National Accounts Group (NAG)
  • Manage his/her respective accounts through the following:
    • Regular “Business Review” of each account
    • Management of all ‘brand-initiated” and/or “trade and sales-initiated” NPIs or New Product Introduction.
    • Implementation and post evaluation of all trade marketing programs such as trade and consumer promotions, events and activations.
    • Implementation and audit of “Retail Placement Standards” and “Planogram”
    • Implementation of display and merchandising guidelines to increase brand and product awareness
    • Regular audit and store check to gather consumer insights, determine point-of-sale needs and assess the effectiveness of all trade merketing initiatives.
  • Coordination of all trade marketing initiatives with other departments through identified, established and agreed work processes.
  • Maintenance and regular update of the following files and documentation:
    •  Masterlist of products of all NAG accounts (including mat code, SKU code, product
      description, SRP, trade comm, and regular buycost).
    •  Trade Marketing Promotional Plans (TMPP)
    •  NPI Monitoring (from sell-in to actual placement to post-launch evaluation)
    •  Retail Placement Standards (RPS) and Planogram
    •  Accounts’ Thematic Calendars and/or Calendar of Activities
    •  Trade audit and/or store check findings


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Muntinlupa City.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
