At least 4 years college graduate of Industrial Engineering
Translates business objectives, concepts & information into visually compelling graphics.
Develops new business opportunities with new and existing accounts
Oversees efficient planning in delivery of items
Provides assistance to the Admin. Department Head in preparing monthly sales report, monthly KPI attainment report and annual plans & programs.
Maintains profitability of the brand and participate in monthly profit and loss reviews.
Participates in the development and alignment of business plans into brand plans, brand development programs and in the timely implementation of effective category marketing plans.
Develops working knowledge of the company’s manufacturing processes, production systems & standards and continuous improvement strategies.
Works with different departments in the organization to gain operational perspective, process efficiency implications and interventions.
Ensures to achieve sales quota, conduct inventory monitoring and merchandising .
Responsible for remittances, collects due and overdue accounts, direct routing collector, coordinates with other collection officers,conduct tele-conversation with accounts concerned and makes letter of correspondence.
Performs collection to customers based on collection schedule, prepares provisional / collection receipt based on collected account receivables, collection of form 2307 (witholding tax) due and overdue accounts and follow-up customer’s cheque
Responsible for transfer of technology from the manufacturer of production machinery computers to the company.
Responsible for the sell-in and sell-out of company products to target customers.
Process payments and documents such as invoices, vouchers, employee reimbursement and statements.
Monitor pelletizing and injection operations, allocate proper manpower for operations.
Strategize continuous improvements on production systems and processes, conduct time & motion study on new processes and systems.
