Graduates of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or similar disciplines. Maybe be assigned in either employee relations or employee services. Provides advise and counsel to managers and supervisors in matter pertaining to established HR policy and employee relations processes. Develops and implements employee benefits and corresponding procedures. Maintains employee data in the human resource information system. Implements compensation and benefits procedures. Handle benefit administration and statutory requirement compliance. At least three (3) years of experience in similar capacity.
