Graduates of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or similar disciplines. At least five (5) years of experience in recruitment and proven speed and quality of hiring. Good communication skills and can provide a good representation of the company to prospective candidates. Can write good job postings that represent the vacancy accurately. Good interviewing skills. Maintains a data base of candidate pool. Adept at ensuring smooth flow of processes in collaboration with requestors of human resources.
