White Noise is the result of the combination of multiple sounds and frequencies. The term “white” is used to describe sound because it shows a perspective on how light works. Let me explain. When light crosses a prism, it produces distinct, vibrant colors, like those of an average rainbow. It is said that white noise can help the human brain to feel calm and relaxed.
